What We Have Learned this Week: Bible:  We are studying the prophet Elisha and the work he did. Later, we studied the miracle of the floating ax head and how it was NOT some magic trick Elisha performed. My father, Henry Damsteegt, came to the classroom and showed us that an ax head does indeed sink in water. He also showed us a couple of magic tricks. The kids loved it! It even has an answer key, so they can check their answers.  Reading:  We have been thinking about themes of books this week.
